We charge 700 euros for a standard company formation but if you decide to purchase a property from us then we reduce this to 600 euros.
It is a necessary process to form a company and we will give our full assistance and support. You will be required to visit Romania at least once during the purchase of property to complete the process (or give Power of Attorney). However once the documentation is completed then its very simple. Alternatively in some instances the property may already have been allocated to a company and in these instances a simple transfer of ownership can take place.
